Sabella Village Facilities & Amenities Usage Rules

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all residents, please adhere to the following rules when using our facilities and amenities.

 

General Rules

        1. Resident Access Only
          Facilities and amenities are for the exclusive use of Sabella Village homeowners and their accompanied guests. Non-homeowners are charge with special rates for rentals of our amenities.
        2. Guest Limits
          Each homeowner may bring up to certain number of guests. Homeowners must be present with their guests at all times.
        3. Respect for Others
          Please be considerate of others by keeping noise levels to a minimum and cleaning up after yourself.
        4. Operating Hours: Facilities are open from during business hours, unless reserved in advance for outside business hours or weekends. Please respect these hours and vacate the premises accordingly.

 

Swimming Pool Rules

        1. Shower Before Entering
          All users must shower before entering the pool to maintain water quality.
        2. No Diving
          Diving is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
        3. Children Supervision
          Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
        4. Proper Swimwear Required
          Only appropriate swimwear is allowed in the pool. No clothing or shoes are permitted in the water.
        5. No Running
          Running, rough play, or pushing around the pool area is prohibited to prevent accidents.

 

Covered Court Rules

        1. First-Come, First-Served
          The court operates on a first-come, first-served basis unless previously reserved for a community event.
        2. Appropriate Footwear
          Only non-marking athletic shoes are allowed on the court to protect the playing surface.
        3. Sport-Specific Use
          The court is designated for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Please do not use it for other activities.
        4. Equipment Responsibility
          Users are responsible for bringing their own sports equipment and ensuring its proper use.

 

Function Halls Rules

        1. Reservations Required
          Use of the function halls requires prior reservation through the SHAI Portal’s Online Booking System ONLY.
        2. Deposit and Fees
          A refundable security deposit and a usage fee may be required to reserve the hall. Please inquire with the management for details.
        3. Event Setup and Cleanup
          Users are responsible for setting up and cleaning the hall after their event. All decorations and personal items must be removed by the end of the reservation time.
        4. Maximum Capacity
          Respect the maximum capacity limits of the function halls as specified by the management.

 

Enforcement and Penalties

        1. Violation of Rules
          Failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties, including fines, suspension of amenity privileges, or other actions as deemed appropriate by the management.
        2. Report Issues
          Please report any maintenance issues, unsafe conditions, or rule violations to the management office immediately.
