The SHAI completed the initial walkthrough and inspection of the amenities located at the Evolve area this includes the function halls, swimming pool and basketball court. Our Environment and Maintenance Director and other Board of Directors are done with the initial inspection of our amenities. This is part of the transition to ensure the proper turn over.
A meeting with the Homebuilder Committee, Estate Admin and Move-In Department. Our Homebuilder Committee also witnessed the cleaning and scrubbing of our Evolve Swimming pool prior to the turnover. Minor repairs will also be included.
